Best is vegetables and fruits but if you 'HAVE' to consume meat because of geographical issues or otherwise, Fish would be second best. A simple life of plant is easily assimilated in the system as opposed to complex structure of a animal. You can clearly see how their fat is harder to process for human body and takes much longer time as compared to digest. This long process in digestion can effect people's mood severely believe it or not. It's very easy to become angry, very impulsive and stupid because your tummy is lowkey troubled without even your knowledge. Why to make smoothie of veggies when you have fruits... U should have made Vegetable curry
Have rajma chawal, methi, gajar, aloo, bhindi, baingan, mooli, shimlamirch aloo, kaddoo, kathel, palak, paneer, matar, different ghobis, cholle, kaale channe, safed channe, different daals, tinde, lauki, tohri, karela, arbi or ghueya, dharti ke phool, katrue.....
All these have more than one variety
All these can be cooked in different ways like different paneers, baingan yo can have in bhadta or sookha with aloo or rase(curry) wala
These are just vegetables
Then you have chapati or rumali roti or nan or makke ki roti or baesan roti or add ghee to all these or have different parathas with them and chutney is served with them and also have curd and rice with them with them also you can have kheera, kakdi, pyaz and other different salad items and also have makhan I have it in a meal then their are many drinks Importantly cook the food
There's a lot a lot of options for a vegetarian in India. Food change with seasons

Actually in India the veg food is of different type, it is made differently, the dishes are different and godammmnn tasty so it's not that hard to be vegetarian here... And pls don't think making smoothie of raw vegetables is getting vegetarian 😅

6:24 Sadhguru talks with logic and also connected to Science.
What do you mean connected to science. He doesn't even read lmao
@@imonceagainaskingforyourfi4432 Ayurveda, Our Ancient Science and there are many things which we indians have/performs in our daily life which always has a scientific reason behind.
@@imonceagainaskingforyourfi4432 Looks like you doesn't know anything about Indian Ancient Science which is way more advanced (even beyond our imagination) than Modern Science.
Sitting cross legged comes naturally to Indians because it's in our culture. It's a fundamental type of sitting practiced at homes from childhood so until and unless someone has never sat on the floor cross legged their whole life, pretty much every Indian can sit like that.
