I think they have an accident in the same place every year...at least the last 3 I've been on they've had one there. Wet pavement early in the morning and people bunched up trying to race right after the right turn.
Nice ride... Some of those long left lane passes made me a little concerned that you would not be able to merge into the lane with the peloton of bikes. but i know the wide angle camera makes it look like a further distances to go. Cool you saw another Velo on the ride! So, did you start late? you were catching up with cyclists the whole route it seems!
Yeah, there were a few that were closer than I would’ve liked. I actually started early with the “racers and peloton groups” category, but apparently everyone else did as well.

I love the waw velo, removable frt & rear. Top 4 on earth. Those people are wanting a velomobiel.
Nice job Dan! Love those flat roads with good paving.
Wow, you were tearing up those roads! Thanks for posting the video.

That's the life of a velo at the Seagull... Livin' on the wrong side (of the double yellow...)
Thanks for sharing, too bad the battery died, have not yet been able to ride an organized century with my rotovelo hoping to next year.
I rode the metric course. Good times.
Gawd, I expect cars to be a problem but when clusters of guys on bikes can't get out of the way.............. how frustrating ................

What’s the biggest top speed you have reached in the waw?
I hit 65mph last year going down a hill in NH with slower tires than what I using now.
Out of curiosity, will you be posting your personal results, would love to compare them to my basic Trisled rotovelo for the same miles?
