But what Croatia did is they stayed disciplined, and fought till the very end. We got to see once they went behind that they could be more direct. I just don't know how many teams who play Brazil would decide to even half open up against them. Watch Argentina play them and it's usually one sided with the Argies looking to counter. This Croatian team doesn't have a Messi and they're not as good as 2018 but they're just as tough if not tougher than four years ago.

There has to be some excuses for Brazil, not the fact that we played tactically and used up opportunity when it presented itself. We didn't rush into scoring because we knew that we will create that opportunity. After we lost to Argentina, I haven't seen any comments about them winning because Croatia had a bad day, because that's not how things work.
