Fortunately for social media marketing metrics, 6.4M views counts for eyeballs viewed (even though UA-cam does not count impressions, only views) but for higher engagement unless a person interacts with clicks, likes, comments, or shares the content, that is what gets calculated for engagement rates. I would say that 6.4M eyeballs are massively engaged though. :)
