Yes ,now it goes to concern department then after approval it again go to ministry of education for other processing,so u have to wait and check your status and email daily.

Scholarship is given to all selected students for the course. There is no admission with self finance. Time sab ki inta hi lagta hai

HRD means human resource development. Translation of documents for Bachelors is mandatory, but for PhD, it is not needed
