And honestly, brain washed is very well the truth. Someone might not like that term, but in reality that's exactly what happened. I dislike the whole PC culture "we dont like this term" and "we dont like that term" when reality is truth. You cant sugar coat or or make it cake happy pie pie. I would also be worried her daughter seems to live on a whole other coast. After going through something like that, I would want to be close to my child, friend etc etc for a long while just to make sure they are ok.
