- Hello friends, today is one of the hot summer days in the village; In this season, the eggplants from our garden are ripe and ready to be cooked! Today we will cook a wonderful meal with these organic and delicious eggplants; The name of this dish is Dolme Badmjan and it is cooked according to the following recipe:
Put some cobs on the heat and cook them half, grate three onions and add them to half a kilo of minced meat and season them with salt, pepper and turmeric. Roast the meat a little on the stove and add some water to cook it and fill the inside with eggplant and bell pepper.
