Just watched it today (as I was going through Josh Lawson's work as a writer/director). The beginning made me smile a lot but by the end of the movie I was swimming in a river of tears!!!! Australian cinema truly needs more recognition and this movie in particular hides one of the biggest truths in life. We shouldn't let time pass without appreciating our loved ones. Stop! Smell the roses and MAKE TIME to spend with loved ones
Yes it's old school, but very touching, all charaters are amazing!! When you had had enough CGI, here is something that really makes you smile. Thank you for a lovely movie.
It's actually can be click × bar bar dekho😅😂😂 In click he had remote control which gone malfunctioned but bar bar dekho the actor had no control over situation from the start.😂😂
This was the best movie I've watched in a while... It's my favourite movie now... So what if it's inspired by another screenplay... Fantastic acting... Great story... Impactful lesson
Uhm... Not trying to be rude here but to me it doesnt seem like either of the two.🤷♀️ To me, it seems more like a "Click" (that one weird adam handler movie but you like it because its adam sandler...) movie but more on the realistic and sad side rather than the "stupid humor" side... But, ya know, could be just me. We're all just gonna have to watch and see!!❤🤓
This looks like a cute feel good type of RomCom movie. We could use something like this after the depressing year we had due to the pandemic. Ill watch this!👍
I'll watch anything coming out of Australia. They do great work. Great cast, well acted. With Noni Hazelhurst in it, I knew it would be good. Four stars from me.
this actually looks good. Not too sappy like most romantic films and with some edge because of the time traveling aspect. I usually hate "romantic" movies but I will definitely see this one.
Even tho the trailer is pretty much the movie, there still is quite a few other stuff, and a sub-story worth watching (which I wont spoil). I laughed, phenomenal acting and chemistry, and cried as well. Well worth a date night viewing.
just watched it : it was as i expected a movie about not wasting time but it was done beautifully and was very fast pace which as someone with adhd I fucking loved. Theyre all fantastic actors. You could actually believe that both of them are in love, the way they look at each other so tenderly...very well done. Still quite light and great comedic timing. I should watch more Australian movies. this one was truly fucking great.
I’m so glad I watched it. This movie was really good. The best part was the ending. This movie probably had the best ending of any movie I’ve ever seen. I cried my eyes out. Lol.
I loved this movie! It made me laugh and also cry. And Zahra is from the same place in Jamaica as my grandparents so I have a special affinity for her.
An amazing movie, cried when he realised his friend died from cancer and he was trying to call him and he wasn’t answering and the penny finally dropped.
I am going to find the place where they hide all of the movie scripts containing original stories, the ones that haven't been done before, and rescue them. Now that sounds like a good screenplay...
You'd be traveling alot. I mean there are still original stories made but many times they are done with big budgets, decently recognizable name actors and/or in English.
I love the comments from people that haven't watched it yet and the ones that are exactly like the comment right before theirs fuggin awesome I think I'll go watch it now and not return for any thoughts about it at all in fact I already forgot what I was commenting about is this tik too
Love this movie. I cried at the end when he realized that the only thing he had to do in order to fix everything and get together with the girl, was to tell her that he was gay.. I’m sorry, I didn’t actually watch the movie.
Not an original concept, but a decent twist. The trailer gave away the entire film, but I will probably watch the movie because I just woke up today and found out that I missed a whole year of not going to the movie theaters.
it's adapted from a french book called "j'aurais préféré vivre" I would have preferred to live . If the traduction do exist, read it right now ! :D the film remains somewhat distant from the original books.
some of the dialogues were not so realistic, for example Teddy asking something that he was supposed to know really well, and he got answers . But overall I enjoyed the movie, it was something different (yeah even though i've watched Click!, butterfly effect etc. Favorite quote from the movie : "Patrick" : life is short, but it's the longest thing you will ever do

I balled my eyes out in this movie… Wow what an amazing movie and such an inspiring story. I will watch it again!
His accent some how made it more funny
“I was about to give you a lil bit of that”
The person that wrote this movie wrote it from a place of lack of acknowledgment and I feel it. 😍
Yes it's old school, but very touching, all charaters are amazing!! When you had had enough CGI, here is something that really makes you smile. Thank you for a lovely movie.
It's a remake of Indian movie " Baar Baar Dekho" which itself was heavily inspired from Adam Sandler's "Click"....
i c thats y its super familiar. love that movie
It's actually can be click × bar bar dekho😅😂😂
In click he had remote control which gone malfunctioned but bar bar dekho the actor had no control over situation from the start.😂😂
Exactly!! Was gonna say this is basically Baar Baar Dekho remade into English!! Such a good movie that was
oh god !!! i was looking for this comment
YES! All these three movies are awesome 🙌🏻 watched them all
This was the best movie I've watched in a while... It's my favourite movie now... So what if it's inspired by another screenplay... Fantastic acting... Great story... Impactful lesson
This seems like a mix of "The time traveler's wife" with a hint of "Butterfly Effect". Yeah I guess I'll watch it.

Btw...Sorry about the massive typos in my previous comments!!!😂🤓🤷♀️
Yes! "Click" is what it reminds me of as well.
nah this is exactly click.
But I will not.. Thanks for telling this..
This looks like a cute feel good type of RomCom movie. We could use something like this after the depressing year we had due to the pandemic. Ill watch this!👍
it seems like a rendition of "Bar Bar dekho' staring sidharth malhotra and katrina kaif
Exactly!
Watched this today and I absolutely loved it, laughed and cried. 10 out of 10
you must have low standards
@@samanthahull9274 shut your mouth Samantha, why bring someone down who's just expressing joy
I'll watch anything coming out of Australia. They do great work. Great cast, well acted. With Noni Hazelhurst in it, I knew it would be good. Four stars from me.
Just watched this movie now, really sad and so true. Can’t believe I cried. Great movie, with a great message in it, just for you. 🙏
Great movie, was absolutely surprised by it. Found out that I need to change my life a bit.
Such a sweet feel good story. I can't wait to see it!
Why do these trailers basically tell us the whole movie now?
That was probably all in the first 10 minutes.
That is great, saves a lot of money!
cause people's attention spans today are. What was I saying again?
I was looking for this comment. I don't watch the whole trailer anymore if I think I want to watch the movie.
So much options now, I guess they think if they make it too mysterious people will just move on to what they can easily see
Ah, it's not quite here yet. I see this girl do stand up on UA-cam a few times and she was real funny so looking forward to this series xx
This feels like click and an Indian movie about a guy who was reluctant to begin his life with the girl and started without him
Baar Baar Dekho is the name of the movie
this actually looks good. Not too sappy like most romantic films and with some edge because of the time traveling aspect. I usually hate "romantic" movies but I will definitely see this one.
Pretty cool movie. A little short, but so glad I watched it just now!
Feels like deja vu...
As if I went back in time myself and watching same old plots over and over again... 😆
Kidding, I bet its a wonderful movie
Seems we're consulting the remote control again for time-travel plots.
Even tho the trailer is pretty much the movie, there still is quite a few other stuff, and a sub-story worth watching (which I wont spoil). I laughed, phenomenal acting and chemistry, and cried as well. Well worth a date night viewing.

MY Goddd!! One hell of a movie... A must watch for all... uffff!! 10/10
This was one of the greatest movies ever made!
Awesome movie. Worth a watch with a great message ❤️👍🏻
Learnt a lot from this movie.
Love from Trinidad and Tobago❤🇹🇹
🇹🇹
To da bone
I feel like this is like a wholesome version of "Click"
Don't watch the whole trailer. Just watch the film. It's ace.
An amazing movie, cried when he realised his friend died from cancer and he was trying to call him and he wasn’t answering and the penny finally dropped.
and u did this for what? this is the comment section for a trailer not a review .have at least the decency to put a spoiler warning
aww this is so lovely. ❤💜
This is exactly like an Brazilian movie about a dad that misses a whole year and wakes up only to have it be the next Christmas only a year later.
Que filme?
@@marcosnonato Tudo Bem No Natal Que Vem
I knew it felt familiar, its the yt people version of "Just Another Christmas"
nunca ouvi falar kkkk vou procurar, mas de qualquer maneira, um ótimo filme.
Wow, this movie really reflect on my life. I recommend watching it.
Sure it gives off Click vibes but this just seems like something new and fun. Can't wait to watch it. I miss GOOD rom coms with heart.
Great film. Rafe Spall is excellent. Highly recommended 👌
I am going to find the place where they hide all of the movie scripts containing original stories, the ones that haven't been done before, and rescue them. Now that sounds like a good screenplay...

Okay you got me... i'll watch it.
This is the best movie ive seen so far
this was great !!!
So click (American version), Baar Baar Deko (Bollywood) and now this.
Really great meeting movie as I cried whilst wearing my mink lashes .
Actually looks pretty good. I'll watch it
I'll probably still watch it but I feel like I've just watched it in 3 minutes 😅
For those who get it, this one's for the procrastinators out there.
I cried so much after watching this 😭
This is like Adam Sandler's click the remote thing who makes hin travel into time the day he lose his family and the day he died
My thought exactly
Kano directing a film. What an eyeful
Normally I'm not a romantic comedy kindda guy but this looks watchable.
Finally a creative idea!
This is just like click. Nothing new here
there's actually a Bollywood movie with this exact plot. baar baar dekho.
There's an Adam Slanders movie in the early 2000s with the same plot. The story has been told several times. I understand it now for the first time
Saw it today and... well it was good.
Cool concept.
Great movie it reminds me of the movie click 😃👍
I love the comments from people that haven't watched it yet and the ones that are exactly like the comment right before theirs fuggin awesome I think I'll go watch it now and not return for any thoughts about it at all in fact I already forgot what I was commenting about is this tik too
“Every few minutes a year goes by”
Finally, a movie about being on adderall.
Watching this looks so good 👍this is so funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I like it
If Taylor doesn’t play I don’t want it :P
She can sing and write songs....but she would need to take some acting classes in order to play in another movie.
@@samanthawhatshername2939 I'm pretty sure the problem of that movie wasn't the acting 😂😂😂
@@gigin6534 the movie itself was not great, true....but her acting still was poor. Compared to the others, she did stick out and not in a good way.
yeah, I'm in!!!
Looks so funny and interesting ☺️😄
This is giving me the 'click' vibe, but I'd still watch it.
Love this movie. I cried at the end when he realized that the only thing he had to do in order to fix everything and get together with the girl, was to tell her that he
was gay..
I’m sorry, I didn’t actually watch the movie.
i laughed out loud
Lol!!!
I like it, where can i watch it, again?
Ahh to cut a long story short I lost my mind... 😜
Not an original concept, but a decent twist. The trailer gave away the entire film, but I will probably watch the movie because I just woke up today and found out that I missed a whole year of not going to the movie theaters.
GRRREAT MOVIE!!!!!!!
Maybe it's the accents but this reminds me of the movie Yesterday.
It's the same story from a Brazilian movie called "tudo bem no natal que vem".
yeah, but this one look like focus more in romance than family like tudo bem no natal que vem
I was just about to type the same thing.
it's adapted from a french book called "j'aurais préféré vivre" I would have preferred to live . If the traduction do exist, read it right now ! :D
the film remains somewhat distant from the original books.
it's like they just made a remake of Click
song: Hold On Tight by Greg Holden
so click but more focused on the feelings.
So it's almost the same plot as "Tudo bem no natal que vem"
This also looks like the Netflix brazilian movie "Tudo Bem no Natal que Vem"
Siiiim
mano parece mutipo
Awww
You know exactly who he is.... he's Kano!
It's like the bollywood movie baar baar dekho
You all know bollywood version of this film😂
Baar baar dekho😂
Wasn't there an Adam Sandler movie with a very similar plot?
lol yes, it was Click
the woman is gorgeous...never saw her before?!
Watched this last night - great movie!
Does anyone know the song playing during this trailer?
Found it.
Greg Holden - Hold On Tight
Great song.
It's literally like the Indian movie Baar Baar Dekho
So it's click?
Basically, don't take your love/life for granted?
This is basically the bollywood movie Baar Baar Dekho
So a new version of Click. Pass
Looks like a short from the Dust UA-cam channel
so its click with no remote?
Anyone know what the soul song is called right at the end of the movie
Song for the trailer?
Etc are you there hahahaha
It looks like baar baar dekho!!
I don't know if this is the official thing or not but this movie is so inspired by this Indian movie named baar baar dekho
some of the dialogues were not so realistic, for example Teddy asking something that he was supposed to know really well, and he got answers .
