- Hi hi :) Hope you are well, this one is a very average day in the life for me I took a couple of extra days on annual leave and spent this Friday doing lots of wholesome bits at home! I take you along to a Friday night spin class, to M&S for a curry and I try out some new MERIT products that they sent over to me.

Yay that is so kind, I was worried many people wouldn't enjoy the Mallorca vlogs just because they were a bit different to my usual stuff but I really wanted to show you what I was getting up to! Thank you the red has really grown on me and they did such a good job, normally I get maybe 6/7 days from a gel manicure but its still going strong and I have no chips! Very pleased :) xxx

I'm definitely going to try that M&S curry - looked so good. I love their Mac & Cheese in that range - really cheesy & garlicy. So exciting that Merit sent you some products - v interested in the lip oil.

The spicier the better for me. Ever since i was a small child i'v loved curry. It reminds me of my late dad who cooked a home made curry from scratch every Saturday afternoon for our dinner. The herbs and spice cupboard blew my mind as a child. Regards to the foxes in your garden. Please feel very blessed that they chose you and your garden as their home. They clearly feel safe with you. I adore foxes. I live next door to a cemetery and there are a few family of foxes that live there. They come in my garden too. I love them. Not many people do but they are missing out on the pleasure they give. I'm loving the new make up. Your skin always looks beautiful. I'v said this before. Its so healthy and alive. Lucky you. Mine not so much as i'm much older than you. Anyway have a great new week. x
Curry is one of our favourites, especially for a treat on the weekend! Aww that’s lovely happy childhood memories I love when a smell can evoke nice memories with family! Im loving the colour of the lip oil. I’m a bit obsessed with lip oils at the moment, but I only have clear or very slightly tinted.
They are soo nourishing and not sticky which I love! ❤️
I tried the M&S chicken tikka after you'd mentioned and it is absolutely the best! (I went out for an Indian last night and it didn't even compare). Loving the nails also!
Omg yay! Love that you thought the same, it’s so bloody good, I also love some of their gastro oven ready meals in the metal containers but the ultimate best bit about M&S I think are the frozen croissants and pastries, everything from their fresh bakery section you can buy and bake at home! So delish haha xx

Oh wow! I had totally forgotten about Cupcakes and Cashmere! I used to love her blog. Apple TV+ has some great stuff on it, I really enjoyed Ted Lasso (I’m not a football fan at all, but it’s more about the characters) and I’m about halfway through the second season of The Morning Show which is also really good. How fun that Merit sent you some stuff and they’re perfect shades for you too! Nails look fab, I love a bright red. I think it’s perfect year round; fun in summer and perfect for winter and Christmas! Love an M&S dinner and those mousse cakes are amazing - at least the chocolate ones and the pralines are, haven’t tried the banoffee one. The masked singer isn’t for me, but I can see why people like it, it’s the interactive “try and figure it out” thing but yeah, scraping the bottom of the TV ideas barrel for sure. Loved the color of your nails for summer. I have actually gotten a color very close to yours. The M&S Indian food looked delicious and much cheaper than a restaurant. First time I ever had Indian food was in the UK. I have to say it's better in the UK than the US.

I haven’t watched the remake of Presumed Innocent but I’ve seen the original version with Harrison Ford and read the book. Watched the Andrew McCarthy documentary Brats about the Brat Pack this weekend. Interesting but never liked their films.

The foxes are really cute but do not feed them. You will encourage them to stay and from what goes past our window at night believe me you do NOT want them having sex outside when you are trying to sleep. it's the most horrendous racket and it goes on for ages.
