I prefer the older kindles that don't have glass screens (the ones where you're touching the e-ink screen directly). Less glare and less fingerprints.
Just use anti glare screen protector that’s what I did to mines and I love it. I used anti glare screens protectors on all my other kindles to protect the screen from scratches.
kinda glad i still have my old kindle. surprisingly it works perfectly
@@adina9275 I still have the old ones too. I gave Paperwhite 2 and 3 to each of my daughters and they work fine they’re very durable.

The Signature Edition Kindle of 2021 is my favorite. It does so well with wireless charging and good Mediatek chipset as well in the device.
Paying extra for wireless charging and storage is not worth it imo, normal paperwhite is the real deal

What cases are you using? Where'd you get them + the popsocket? LOVE! The double casing was impressive
I was worried about replacing my high-end older oasis with this one ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxCgPI5O2AtmcHq9SJhgsCGbpAzJAJfrJp but it is surprisingly light and the screen resolution is just as good. I never had the warm light on my old kindle, but i do not use it on the ipad so I will probably not need it. I think the only thing I'll miss is the self-adjusting light, but this is so worth it!

The older models with the recessed screens seem better than the new ones with the flush bezels. That glare is putting my off getting one. I like the USB-c port, the warm light feature and the bigger screen but still.
don't worry, that glare is only there because she hasn't peeled off the plastic
@@caine7024 there isn’t any plastic, the new models have a different matte finish that sucks. That’s why I chose the base model, I can’t stand glare

Would it be worth to change my kindle 2019 10th generation for this one? Mine works well and I know it lasts years but I’m just in love with this one 😍 bigger, and some more setting s mine doesn’t have

I have the 2018 and just ordered the signature 2021 edition. If you wanna have more storage space and use it for the bigger experience I’d recommend. My 2018 is 32 gb but it’s already at 26, if you use up a lot of storage then buying another can be useful!

yes! so many kindle owners has an ipad, i thought an ipad was the better choice, but i didn't enjoy reading on an ipad so i got a kindle and I'm so glad i did ! 100% recommend getting the kindle if you have the extra cash! :)

I have had my Kindle Paperwhite since 2015 and is still working. However there are two things that I want: dark mode and a bigger screen still don't know if this worth the upgrade. I mean the audiobooks sounds attractive but I guess only works with audible which I won't pay. Any thoughts?
Dark mode and a bigger screen sounds interesting. That's something even I want. But, audible is not worth it I feel. I am using 2019 Kindle Basic model.

pros - you can download ebooks for free online or if not for free, the digital copy is relatively cheaper than the physical copy
You can also read while laying down more comfortably and don’t need to have a light in the room on. It’s also easier to bring around and if you don’t want to use up a lot of space in your room for physical books it’ll all be in the kindle
saves the trees and makes use of technology we have already invented plus digitally you could have a library like harry potter and feel sustainable
You save so much money and you can use it offline
You can have thousands of books that don't take up space and it's lighter than a book, you can change the font, you can read at night without a book light

Hi!! Does your kindle has like ghost lines on the screen that you could see vaguely??. Im not sure if its normal.. I got mine just a week ago.
just a liiittle bit, has never been an issue for me, but I think it's normal! maybe try activating the page refresh mode (refreshing the page=removes ghosting) I hope it helped!

Wow. What do you call the circle you put at the back of the kindle? 😅 Would you know if it will leave permanent marks when removed after a long time use?
it's a 3M sticker for popsockets, I doubt that they do, I'm pretty sure you can clean it off :)

@@arvi8843 what you can do is buy a clear case from Amazon and order a pop socket, just so you can put the pop socket on without the fear of them sticking onto the kindle forever! You can search up kindle 11th Gen case and from there it should bring up cases or even the clear case I mentioned!

hi! I removed the ads on my kindle by contacting Amazon's customer service & simply asked them if they could remove my ads, and they did :), I don't know much about the Japan version but I do hope it works with yours too, hope it helps!

I like the set up, but I suggest you take it easy with the popsocket you're using It might be a knock off. From what I understand the Authentic pop sockets don't have 3m tape label on the back.
