@Chlolivi Yeah I've heard it and it has put me on the fence for playing Hogwarts Legacy and buying merch. I'm part of the LGBTQ+ too. I've talked to alot of my Trans friends and they seem to be cool with me still wanting to play the game and whatnot and a few of them are even playing it as well. They seem to be able to keep the author and her works separate. I just wish WB would fully by the rights from her, because I hate everything she stands for but love the world of HP as it helped me through some rough times. At the same time I always want my followers and friends feel like they have a safe space with me
@@MarinaAstraAngel yes I definitely agree. I want to stand for others but keeping the art separate from the artist is a thing we have always down. Like with Tim burton. So idk if I’ll be buying them all but if I happen to find one I might get it and just make sure I address the controversy in my video. I don’t want to get backlash from a Squishmallow😅
Also I sincerely hope WB does buy her out because then everyone can relax and appreciate the work and not have J.K. Profiting off hate.
@Chlolivi I'm currently working on a fantasy series set in modern times in a world where magical beings and humans and all live together and go learn magic from schools once they reach the equivalent of high school. I want it to be inclusive and fun read for most people. Probably gonna still get over religious people hating because it has magic.
