Personally I buy into the conspiracy that this was meant to be a mountains animal pack but the theme got switched up at the last minute, which is why we have the Pallas's cat, spectacled bear, markhor, and hamadryas baboon all in the same pack, and all of the animals shown in the key art are mountainous species. I also think that the other animal choices were last minute additions, as I can't imagine that animals like the African spurred tortoise or Kirk's dik-dik were more requested than the South American coati or secretary bird, despite this being a "fan favorites" pack. Overall, I think this is a good pack, but for the presumed final DLC, it doesn't have as strong an animal roster as it could have, since this pack doesn't have a single bird or a New World primate.
did they say this this pack was the last yet though? I'm betting on a Christmas last cause apparently they've only filled 195 animal slots out of 200....soooo
@@kubamatysiak7849 Chances are they will not put out an official statement saying it’s the last one or not because they never do with any of their games. I would strongly suggest not expecting another pack because the zookeeper pack feels like a final pack. It sums up animals we missed from 2023 packs and has a general theme to wrap everything together. If they wanted to do another pack of 5-8 to get us to 200 they probably would’ve done it before the zookeepers pack.
