No disrespect to the architect intended, but the title seems a little ahead of itself, especially when words like ‘design marvel’ and ‘full marks’ are used, without even having enough video or description to show any cross ventilation, heat reduction or passive cooling methods adopted in a hot and humid climate like that of Kerala. It would be helpful if the programme lets the viewers know the basis of selection of each project to be shown, and what the parameters of selection are. Also, whether the judges of the selection panel are experienced and independent architects themselves, or, sorry to say, developers and manufacturers looking to promote their business and products.
It doesn't looks like a house . Like an office of interior decorator or architect . Agree , it is new type of elevation and for one or two years some people may like this , bt after that it feel like a concrete jungle .
The house looks so interesting and inviting from the outside but the inside is so dull. I didn't like the interiors at all. The inside is extremely monotonous and depressing and the furniture look very cheap. Moreover the white vitrified tiles flooring makes the insides look so cheap and utterly boring.
Meticulously executed work, with soberly pleasing colour scheme. Symmetry of elevation would have been perfect if an identical rectangular box was given on the left, instead of the box encasing the 6 door window...
most of the laminated flooring is imported from China! It’s not safe since it releases carcinogens to indoors! (From a recent research paper done in US)
