I'm from India and rose water has traditionally been very popular here in beauty routines for centuries. I use a small Indian brand called Zofla because their Rose water is pure, made with steam distillation and is affordable. There's also the Ayurvedic brand, Forest Essentials, which is globally available more easily, and all their products are hand made and organic. Another good brand is Kama Ayurveda. Of course these Indian brands don't get their roses from Bulgaria, but use Indian roses. But as a culture that has been making and using rose water for centuries, I would trust the benefits of Indian roses. Roses from the town of Kannauj are considered to be the best.
@MollieVX I love your comment. To my knowledge, the best products will always be the ones closest to you geographically, whenever possible (for many reasons including environnementlal ones). For Europeans, it's the Bulgarian rose (which has certainly developed a huge export market) but in Asia, Indian rose will be ideal with also many centuries of tradition (if not millennia). Local is always better! 😊
"Organic" produce doesn't mean much. I'm currently in my masters program in environmental science and resources and from professional experience and studies, you shouldn't care very much if its "organic". I use quotes because the label only means the farmer doesn't use SPECIFIC pesticides and herbicides. You should look for pesticide and herbicide free products if you don't want the toxins in your life and food. Just trying to be helpful :)
always look for organic you know why? organic products are actually audited from fda and even tho they contain some types of pesticides you cant lie about it in the package.
in my country, there are specific regulations for organic produce, so it truly means it's grown without pesticides, and there is an agency that has to check the actual productions and products before labeling something as organic. I didin't know about this in the usa
I used to eat roses from my garden as a kid ( and also a teen not gonna lie) all the time and people thought I was crazy. I knew I was right all along.

This video is awesome!! I’m glad you did another one on rose water because this one is super informative. I didn’t even know a lot of that stuff you mention in this video!!
Hello, I loved the video! One quick question though, where do you get your rose water? I know the link was in the description but is there any way to get it in store?
I make my own face mist with rose and lavender oils. T2 makes amazing rosehip and regular rose petal loose organic teas that I love. I love rose water in cakes, but a lot of people hate it and say it tastes like drinking perfume or soap lol.
Could you do a similar video on Manuka Honey? :) I’ve heard you mention it in previous videos and I’m curious what the benefits are vs your average honey in your experience. As a side note, absolutely adore your videos! They really inspired me to start taking better care of my hair, which in turn had me taking better care of my body - Which has, in turn again, improved my anxiety/depression tenfold. I’m very grateful, please continue to do what you’re doing
I use rose water all the time, you can get bottles in Asda for less than £1! It is in the world food section because people use it for cooking. Hope that helps anyone
Hello you can also buy from Turkiye if you ever go there in pharmacies or Gratis. I have never went to Bulgaria or bought any rosewater and I barely do online shopping. If you ask for otacı rosewater someone hopefully will help. I’ve tried all makes but I recommend otaci rosewater because I doesn’t have any alcohol SLS perfume etc. hopefully one day I’ll try Bulgarian One.

So true. It's perfect on my skin and it has come to stay with me, not changing it
I live in Greece and Bulgarian rose water can be found easily here. Even though I didn't know all the benefits, I use it as a makeup remover and I spray it every morning as a pleasant way to wake up and hydrate my skin 😁
Sarah I don't want you to understand me wrong but your channel is getting bad and you are repeating videos ,
This is an advice from a fan that loves you NOT a hater
Piss off
Rosewater is one of my favs as well. Was glad to hear further information about the different types also I had no idea PubMed had so much research on this. wow
Your videos makes my mind fresh!
I love rosewater , I use it daily. I didn't know it balanced the ph of skin , that's so cool! also I love orange blossom water as well. it tastes great and is great in baths.
I love these rose water videos!!! Thanks Sarah💕💕💕
I have wild roses growing in my garden, I use those to make rose water.

BULGARIA - the land of roses! 💜 💜 💜
I just got myself rose water and gotta use it
Isn't the same video that was already uploaded some time ago?
Oh nice... so happy to see another great video! You're so refreshing to see and thorough in explaining your video's. So glad I found your channel...such a pleasure to listen to and such a sweetheart! Thank you for all that you do! 😍⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘
So odd I just bought rose water a day before this video was released ....I see you universe !
I love a lady that does her research :) i got my sister hooked on Rose water :)
"Known to have the highest vibration"?? Not sure that can be scientifically proven lol.
well everything she says is pseudoscience
Shawna Johnson Honestly, I love Sarah, but this channel is not about that scientific evidence lol.
Yeah I was kinda on board unti she said that... First I was like wtf are "vibrations" and then I looked it up, and had a good laugh.
I personally drink rosehip tea, and it may have some health benefits but no more than eating an apple would have. Rosewater is one of those things that if you have extra money to blow great, but if not your health and happiness isn't gonna suffer lol.
Neither can God but people still implimant that into their lives and politics ect as it was . I guess it all depends on what one belives in 🤷♀️
Love you Sarah!!!!
Love your channel ❤️Sarah!
I am honestly a little tired of hearing about rose water.
Then don't watch her videos on rose water, Rikke.
@@fitnfab6522 lol get rekt
Why would you click on it then????
This video is awesome!! I’m glad you did another one on rose water because this one is super informative. I didn’t even know a lot of that stuff you mention in this video!!
Cheers from Bulgaria!
How long does a bottle last you? Seems like it would go fast due to drinking a shot of it every day plus using it for skin care.
if it helps you estimate the website lists the bottle she shows as having 64 servings (:
Pls do a video in stretch marks
yes
She probably doesn’t have any though
_Sold_ when you said high vibration 😍 ordering some now
I Love your hair 😍
Hello, I loved the video! One quick question though, where do you get your rose water? I know the link was in the description but is there any way to get it in store?
Thanks Sarah😍😍😍Missed you so much ❤️
I’m so glad I watched this video I need a bottle of that rose water 🌹
I make my own face mist with rose and lavender oils. T2 makes amazing rosehip and regular rose petal loose organic teas that I love. I love rose water in cakes, but a lot of people hate it and say it tastes like drinking perfume or soap lol.
Can you make a video explaining the chakras? And their relationship with crystals pls🙏🏼❤️
Proud bulgarian over here !
Awesome Video 💗
Hello you can also buy from Turkiye if you ever go there in pharmacies or Gratis. I have never went to Bulgaria or bought any rosewater and I barely do online shopping. If you ask for otacı rosewater someone hopefully will help. I’ve tried all makes but I recommend otaci rosewater because I doesn’t have any alcohol SLS perfume etc. hopefully one day I’ll try Bulgarian One.
I have a bad memory associated with the scent of rose. I want to love it but it makes me feel sick :(
Cotton Candy Nation What happened that makes you sick?
Love you.... .your energy is so good.......💜
