    This Before and After video short demonstrates changes in running form that resolved this case of IT Band Pain. I have found that most running injures have some component of faulty technique involved and if that is addressed many common running injures will resolve quickly with little down time.

    Wow,,, this really works. The it band was starting to flare up. Then I watched this and was able to run the rest no problem

      @@kanchansaiyam3126 In the first one she is bouncing up and down, leaning back more, landing stiffer, and overall more tense and less fluid. In the second one she is leaning forward slightly, but relaxed, not bouncing up and down, and whole body is looser, and landing more underneath her center. There's probably more details besides those

      It's all in the upper body in this case, and in my experience with most ITB problems. Too much tension, too much holding up and back, not allowing the Posterior Chain to do it's job.

      @@douglaswisoff that's interesting as every typical running form video tells you to keep your upper body up and shoulders back, chest out
