Perhaps, anyone who has got Golden Bloom can create a private server to give people who didn't get her back in that day, the opportunity to get her again. Although I can respect any person who indeed has her but cannot afford to create a private server just for her. For instance, there are private servers where you can still get Flora's Halloween costume for the people who did not get her in time yet.
I think that will be too much work it might take one character per 2 months since the transformation of enchantix, basic fairy form, and their casual outfits and they have to create a chapter for those characters and it really hard to make the character perfect. 😭
