I loved this movie. The songs were great (minus bye bye, idk what the hell that was), the story was entertaining and kept me hooked. The visuals were absolutely stunning and they made the expressions way more visable than the live action in 2019. I was able to follow who was who and i went into this movie expecting it to be ok but it blew me out of the park. This movie was amazing and the hate it is getting is incredibly undeserved in my opinion. The majority of people hating on this movie is because they are anti-disney, never gave the movie a chance because its "lazy", and its a cash grab. When i go to the movies idc about any of that i care about the movie itself. I like your review because yours is the first one that I've seen that was actually about the movie. Even though i disagree with you, I'm glad you told your opinion about the actual movie instead of someones pre-bias towards the movie
I respect your opinion me as a super huge Lion King 1994 animated that is the best one to me I remember sitting down in the theathers when I was invited to watch Mufasa The Lion king I had the bad feeling low expections as 2019 Lion King that I didn't like at all so lifeless not fun and be prepared so bad in that one. I found myself suprise to find the new one a fine movie I liked went better for me with facial expressions original story with Mufasa to me it's not a top favorite I watch from Disney but I'm glad it hasn't been as bad as the 2019 Lion King was for me.

I definitely agree Mufasa made improvements over the live action Lion King remake.
