Actually after battle of gods we do see other things happen. We see infinite zamasu fusing with a timeline and spreading to other timelines. We see goku and jiren shaking an infinite void with their presence. We see broly and gogeta shatering reality( the light novel says the universe couldnt handle their fight and as a result they were transported somewhere, to a superdimention I think) but after that nothing similar happens
The reason we don't see those things in dragon ball is because of ki control. We know they can do it, it'd be extremely out of character for them to go around destroying planets every fight as if they were God of destruction.

Once he got his God ki down the Shockwave from their punches stopped, so just because they cause less destruction because of ki control that means they are somehow weaker? No, it's just that they are good at only directing their power at there opponents.
I don't understand the people who only criticize the video for making the characters much stronger than they originally are and don't appreciate the animation, which is pretty good to be animated in flipaclip and believe me, it's not easy to animate in an application that doesn't help you. It's enough to make great animations but people like this one did it and are miserable discrediting it for not putting Goku or Vegeta as being superior to Saitama.
