    Putting a max. limit on Liquidated Damages is part of FIDIC contract, so it is usual in FIDIC as opposed to what the speaker says.

    Liquidity damages have a capped provision in many countries. India follows one as per CPWD contract form where LDs are capped at 10%

    You are issuing incorrect advice about concurrent delay; your interpretation of Walter Lilly v Mackay is totally inaccurate.
