I'm in Utah USA just bought 2 ,110s that need lots of work, your vides have helped me alot keep up the good work . I love the birds and lambs in the background..keep it real and thankyou
Thanks Patrick, I appreciate your kind words, gives me encouragement to keep on going. At first I was trying to find ways to block background noise but now I like the birdsong in the background, glad you do too! Enjoy working on & hopefully soon riding your bikes.
I have a '68 KO CT-90, sticky shifting. Probably needs shift drum stopper replacement. These Honda engine/clutch/transmissions are all very similar. Ingenious, complicated and quirky requiring some JIS tools, reference documentation, and experience and luck sourcing parts.
Definately Gary, they are ingenious little engines & made a fortune for Honda. Considering they've made millions of them I'm struggling to find parts. Thanks for watching & commenting.
my buddy just picked up a non running 90 - Thanks for the great "HOW-TO" dissasembly video!! Just watch the views skyrocket as we begin to take apart this yellow 90!
What a mess. Sure glad my CT90 engine was in much better shape. It will be something if you get this engine to run again. Thanks for posting the postie.
Yeah it makes a rebuild that much harder when the internals are in such a bad state. I've spent hours trying to clean the parts up. Trying now to figure out what I need to get it repaired. Thanks for watching & leaving a comment.
I'm building it for a project I have in mind, but whether I get around to finishing it who knows, maybe I'll sell it later on. Thanks for watching & leaving a comment.
