Thank you again Lily, for not padding out your videos with lots of talking to try and increase the watch time. You’re straight to the point, concise videos will no doubt be watched many times over. I will certainly use them to improve my game. Your channel is now my “ Go - to “ resource for golf tuition on UA-cam. I think your channel is going to get very big very quickly. I will be telling my golf buddies. Thank you very much Lily.
THIS SOUNDS LIKE A BROKEN RECORD, BUT THIS IS THE FINEST INSTRUCTION IVE EVER SEEN!! Any time anywhere. Name the teacher!! A clear, concise, detailed example of every movement. All the best drills and feels to EASILY arrive at the desired result. Every instructor on the planet should watch and take notes of these videos. THIS IS HOW ITS DONE!! BEST INSTRUCTION ANYWHERE.
Thank You do much for your teaching! My driver has been a catastrophy for many years. Now I see the light, maybe will struggle now and then. But I have hope I will succeed 🥰
Giving my shoulders a head start over my hips is one of the best things that I have done for my swing. When I do this properly, I propel the ball higher, straighter and farther; which is exactly what I need. SUPER LILY ONCE AGAIN! Thank you.
Great lesson. Very grateful. I've followed your earlier lessons and have improved, got more length with my driver. I love to hit the driver, I'm just not very good at, which I can't understand, since I'm flexible, have rythm etc. I just don't seem to get the power trhough the ball. Think the timing is a bit off. This will help. Thank you.
Would suggest you lift your left heel to reduce torque & tension on your lower back. Especially for people with less flexibility! You want longevity in your golf lives and not injury.
Personally, I would say, “yes.” I found if I pinch my right (trail) knee inward a touch (don’t overdue it or it will cause balance issues) at address and leave it there during the backswing, I stayed over the ball and felt the torque and separation she describes. It increased my driver distance and moved the impact point of my iron shots forward, resulting in more compression.

Is it the same with Irons?
