Harira - Traditional Moroccan Soup (Ramadan Specials) Recipe - TRADITIONAL MOROCCAN HARIRA SOUP

How to make Harira. Harira is the Queen soup of the Moroccan table especially during Ramadan. the famous traditional Moroccan soup that is usually served during the holy month of Ramadan. A very good nutritious soup after a day of fasting. Very simple and easy preparation. It's delicious, nutritious, and simply amazing!
Ingredients:English
250 g of Meat (lamb or beef)
1 onion
200 g chickpeas
1/2 cup of lentils
1/2 cup of Rice
100 g vermicelli
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup of coriander
1/3 cup Parsley
500 g of fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons of flour
Half a lemon and Apio
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
Water approximately 2 liters
Ingredientes:
250 g de carne (cordero o ternera)
1 cebolla
200 g de garbanzos
1/2 taza de lentejas
1/2 taza de arroz
100 g de fideos
Aceite vegetal
1/3 taza de cilantro
1/3 taza de perejil
500 g de tomates frescos
2 cucharadas de puré de tomate
2 cucharadas de harina
Medio limón yApio
Sal y pimienta
1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
Agua aproximadamente 2 litros

I have never heard of this Harira soup to be honest! Seems yummy and healthy. this is so well explained that I can easily do it. and tumeric, parsely corriander etc are easy to find here at the local supermarket like the rest of the ingredients of course! I like that you have written down everything in English and Spanish. You have put a lot of effort into this and I am going to share it with my friends.
