Way to go for doing arms! 🎉🎉Whenever I start out doing an arms program, I first do it without weights bc all the movements without weights are a lot for me. And when I add weights, I start with holding remote controls (lol) in my hands and then move to 1 lbs. Sharing just in case the 2lbs in each hand is too much! You’ve got this!!

Yeah that’s a good idea !! I’ve gotta work on grip holds !! That was incredibly humbling 😅😅😅
