Isshin is the culmination of everything you've learned while playing. When you get back to that field, you have everything you need. This series was a whole-ass shounen arc. It's so perfect.
This boss is a test of everything you have learnt through the game. It was "easy" because you actually got better every time you played. In desperation you never gave up. Congratulations ;)

Having success with the bosses in this game almost always comes down to knowing the movesets and countering with the appropriate counter, not dodging. Afro did a great job with this.
@@hm02fly75 i think people go into the isshin boss fight super aggressive at first, then after the spear comes, they lean back and tried to read his moves, thats when they start having a tough time, people see the spear, and its range, and tend to back off. afro didnt even see all of isshins moveset. and basically cheesed his first phase like he did with lady butterfly

So I admit when I first started watching this channel (the start of the sekiro playthrough) I did find afro actually kind of annoying and didn't want to watch again. However, UA-cam then recommended me him again and despite me finding him annoying I kept watching, for some odd reason. Then it eventually it got to the point where not only did I start liking afro, but I actually wanted to see him succeed with sekiro and well now that he has, not only can I say I am happy for him through all the pain and suffering he went through, but I genuinely enjoy his content now. I don't know if Afro's going to read this, but his Sekiro-uploads actually helped me through a lot of frustration while I've been writing my master's thesis. Somestimes the vids have been the highlight of my day. At times, his anger was very relatable, and he helped me to take life a little less seriously. So a personal salute from me to the man for the best anime arc in 2019!!!!

Yeah. He was about 4 or 5 tries for me. Especially after fighting owl, he isn't super hard. And even the secret boss owl wasn't super hard. Just take the DS approach of learning there movesets before truly making a attempt.
He plays the way I imagine the devs intended us to play, getting creative with prosthetics and creating unique moments. Stealth back stabbing is perfectly fine and effective but the way Afro did it is a memory that will stick with a player.
All arcs in the Afrosekiro anime 1)the youth/beginning arc-Afro learns the game of sekiro through a trial by fire he gets his ass beat multiple times by fodder enemies and mini-bosses. This is a growing arc for Afro and he learns the way of the samurai. This is probably where we see the second most amount of character growth in this anime. 2)the genchiro arc-this arc is his journey leading up to his fight against genchiro. This arc he encounters many enemies and still gets his ass beat (a recurring theme in this anime) by the lady butterfly and genchiro himself but in the end he comes out victorious 3)the guardian ape arc-this was the arc that broke our main character. Afrosekiro came out of this arc a completely different character, his development as a samurai and as a person is what made this arc so great (my personal favorite arc). The ape alone was almost two much for Afro but then they throw two at him but of course our hero slays the two apes. Only four words can sum this arc up...the apes were different 4)the owl arc-afrosekiro finally found his father but he was in an old and decrepit state and sekiro was easily able to beat his father, but he learned he can go back to the past and fight a stronger version of his dad. That nigga fucked Afro physically and mentally and after three videos he finally beats his father and gets revenge for leaving him 5)the divine realm arc-this was an easy arc for our hero, he has beaten two powerful foes back to back and nothing can stop him. He travels to the divine realm to slay the divine dragon. All of the training and ass whoppins he received had made him a new person and he was easily able to kill the divine dragon 6)the great ashina war arc- after our hero returns from the divine realm he learns that Ashina has been destroyed. As he searches the ruble of ashina he finds the demon of hatred, the amount of ignorance spewing from this nigga is almost reminiscent of the guardian ape. But the demon is no where near as ignorant as that nigga and Afro defeats him. And finally Afro reaches his final opponent the infamous isshin. Niggas said our hero would get stuck, but I knew that Afro would not falter, Afro did not just beat isshin, HE BEAT THE DAUWWG SHIT OUT THAT NIGGA. and this is end the story of this beautiful anime and one of the greatest stories of our generation.

Yeah. He was about 4 or 5 tries for me. Especially after fighting owl, he isn't super hard. And even the secret boss owl wasn't super hard. Just take the DS approach of learning there movesets before truly making a attempt.

Afro faced that Seven Ashina Spears dude without stealthily backstabbing the samurai. Afro is the GOAT
He plays the way I imagine the devs intended us to play, getting creative with prosthetics and creating unique moments. Stealth back stabbing is perfectly fine and effective but the way Afro did it is a memory that will stick with a player.

All arcs in the Afrosekiro anime
1)the youth/beginning arc-Afro learns the game of sekiro through a trial by fire he gets his ass beat multiple times by fodder enemies and mini-bosses. This is a growing arc for Afro and he learns the way of the samurai. This is probably where we see the second most amount of character growth in this anime.
2)the genchiro arc-this arc is his journey leading up to his fight against genchiro. This arc he encounters many enemies and still gets his ass beat (a recurring theme in this anime) by the lady butterfly and genchiro himself but in the end he comes out victorious
3)the guardian ape arc-this was the arc that broke our main character. Afrosekiro came out of this arc a completely different character, his development as a samurai and as a person is what made this arc so great (my personal favorite arc). The ape alone was almost two much for Afro but then they throw two at him but of course our hero slays the two apes. Only four words can sum this arc up...the apes were different
4)the owl arc-afrosekiro finally found his father but he was in an old and decrepit state and sekiro was easily able to beat his father, but he learned he can go back to the past and fight a stronger version of his dad. That nigga fucked Afro physically and mentally and after three videos he finally beats his father and gets revenge for leaving him
5)the divine realm arc-this was an easy arc for our hero, he has beaten two powerful foes back to back and nothing can stop him. He travels to the divine realm to slay the divine dragon. All of the training and ass whoppins he received had made him a new person and he was easily able to kill the divine dragon
6)the great ashina war arc- after our hero returns from the divine realm he learns that Ashina has been destroyed. As he searches the ruble of ashina he finds the demon of hatred, the amount of ignorance spewing from this nigga is almost reminiscent of the guardian ape. But the demon is no where near as ignorant as that nigga and Afro defeats him. And finally Afro reaches his final opponent the infamous isshin. Niggas said our hero would get stuck, but I knew that Afro would not falter, Afro did not just beat isshin, HE BEAT THE DAUWWG SHIT OUT THAT NIGGA. and this is end the story of this beautiful anime and one of the greatest stories of our generation.

Yeah you left out the Nameless King arc when Afro finally beat the challenge from his past allowing him unleash his full strength, God mode, on Sword Saint Isshin

Yo this was fucking amazing, one of my favorite videos.
What was really amazing is that he was commentating exactly how he was feeling and of course the fucking epic warrior soul you got to have to achieve that. He really did exactly like Isshin said, don't hesitate. He literally never hesitated not even once. It's exactly how a vetern would play, but actually he did even better. like all the guys who aced this game just go straight at the boss cuz they know the exact counters but he just went at him with no knowledge and i dont even know how the he did it but he really ultra instinct that shit. Like it took me 2 days to beat isshin (8 hours)
