at 1:46 you can clearly see the mistake of split washer is touching the plate first & i see you have the lock split washer upside down to the flat washer? the split washer has a split with sharp edges on it , when squeezes down it will lock and cut into the fastener head of the bolt to prevent it from turning or loosening up this is the design of it, when you made the mistake of inserting a flat washer between the fastener and lock it cannot do its job correct? i could be wrong maybe it will not matter...
no torque tighting on anything??? no thread sealer of any kind ??? just install fasteners and hope there correctly tighten and send it off... oh and put it out there on a World Video where everyone in the world internet can you workmanship what your performing and selling to your customers ??? why would you do this to your reputation as a installer???
