Other than WTS not being able to do seat-select, Transtar - WTS - KKKL are able to do so, I will be trying RideWell (which is new in the Travel Coach segment), most of their coaches (besides 707) are fairly newer than Transtar - WTS - KKKL. Have you tried using the massage feature and USB ports again after you cross over to malaysia? Sometimes bus operators only turn all this features on after passing malaysia custom.

Sorry I didn't see any free shuttle to mushroom farm terminal but there are Grab to go down to midhill.
