Mythical Song "Baithakku" (Tharu Folk Song) is sung and danced in Tharu Community. Where villagers do dance in Barghariya's House (Who is the leader of a village elected by villagers.) The goal of Baithakku is to entertain, forgive each other, reconcile their relationship, etc.
I composed this song by the help of forefathers those who have an aptitude for Tharu Culture. I, personally, am very thankful for their tremendous help to write and compose this song.

2. Hurdungwa Nach - Mor Dhani Apui Chali Aaye
"The Dashya" is main festival of Tharu Tribe. This festival celebrating from our forefathers {Ancestors}. Tharu tribe believe that their forefathers' spirits get peace when they celebrate Dashya. It is a wish of Ancestors' Soul to get eternal life. Likewise when someone died, he/her family members need to get purification by anoint water and family members sincerely follow all ritual activities. During "Dashya" festival again Tharu people purified themselves by anoint water and pray for their ancestors souls to get peace. Tharu community fest the Dashya with joy in grouping. Making of this documentary's purpose is to show Tharu Tribe's originality, preserve the Tribal Cultures and ritual activities etc.
