The four ways to overcome karma are very beautifully outlined in the Bhagwat Geeta by Lord Krishna speaking to Arjuna and these four ways are Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyana (Jnana) Yoga and Karma Yoga. Raja Yoga --Which is all the techniques of meditation, mindfulness, reflection, awareness, self-awareness and transcendence. Bhakti Yoga-- In the Bhakti Yoga which is making choices only on the basic of love. Ask yourself - Are making this choice will increase the experience of love for me and also everybody else. Gyana (Jnana) Yoga---The understanding of true Reality using the intellect to go past the intellect. Karma Yoga......Karma Yoga is doing everything consciously with mindfulness but also pursuing excellence and detaching from the results. Pursue excellence and ignore success.
Karma is only creating the situation, circumstances and events of your life and what you do at the moment is up to you irrespective of the situation, circumstances and events of your life. So karma creates the situation, circumstances and events of this moment but this moment is inherently free if you make conscious choices and that is the best way to overcome the burden of karma. Karma simply means the choices in the past have created the situation, circumstances and events that seems to be now but what you do now is your choice.
Whatever is happening in the mind, is expressed in our body; facial expressions and gestures and eyes, and body language and everything is really a print out right in your body. This is Neurol feed back. So......Smile.... Smile.... Smile.

Here is another rule 1. If you are within 10ft from anyone....just Smile. 2. If you are less than 5ft from anyone .....Smile and say Hello. 3. If you are less than 2ft ...touch them and express something with little gesture, even a hug if you know them.
You become who you surround with. If you have surrounded by narcissist, you will become narcissist yourself after sometime. Then these people will blame you that you are toxic difficult person.

Deepak is very well informed. That's why he had the courage to debate the atheists like Sam Harris and Richard Dawkins.

'' if you make conscious choices and that is the best way to overcome the burden of karma''
karma is non existent when we remove duality.
