Amongst many professional rappers, he won, and most rappers acknowledges his win. His name is still being mentioned often in SMTM untill now. Agreed but to clarify something, Season 4 was when MNET started fucking up, they played up on basick’s storyline, hyped up blacknut dissing YG. The final performance for that season showed the audience barely reacting Mino’s Okey dokey which went on to be Freaking iconic. This was one of the many reasons for the start of beef between YG and MNET. MNET couldn’t handle another YG idol winning SMTM twice in a row. MOBB is and will forever be the only idols that conquered SMTM with their skills and not their popularity

When i think of smtm i think of bobby...he introduced me to korean hip hop,this was pure raw hip hop stage,the vibe and stage presence is totally unmatchable aura. bobby did this at age of 18 🙌 he said his life is a movie and i totally agree after seeing his journey...from a young kid who left his home and family, came to korea alone to fulfill his passion,to support his family who was struggling at that time, yg trainee who had still alot to learn won SMTM and he told his mom to pack her bags,he's buying her a home..can you imagine for a 18 year old kid to have that sense of responsibility. I really feel for him cuz the pressure he's under for having such a big reputation but he's also an idol who's not free to do whatever he wants,he's controlled by agency and at the same time he has the pressure to live up to everyone's expectations. He's dealing with so much stress and yet he keep working hard. He really earned my respect,truly a legend 👏
