Tricia Letrero & Juan Alvarado, Landscape Design Winner | 2023 Driehaus Bungalow Awards

Tricia and Juan wanted to make use of the empty space next to their garage. With her passion for gardening, Tricia cleaned out the area, added a container garden, lights, and seating to make an enchanting secret garden in their bungalow backyard.
Created in 2005 by the Chicago Bungalow Association with the generous support of The Driehaus Foundation, the Driehaus Bungalow Awards are an annual juried competition highlighting the very best in Chicago bungalow rehab and restoration projects.
