This is the most realistic review of this earphone.
I have been using it for a week ,i too had issues with the fitting due to the weird earplug design .
And like he said the loudness is pretty low ,i have to atlest set the volume 2 points above the safe limit(recommended by phone) .
The 3 eq presets works like magic .
But the fitting issue clearly kills all the fun about the earphone .

5 years ago i bought a JBL for 500 INR. (It's big money considering my mobile was only 10k) and it lasted only 6-7 weeks max. One side stopped working, after that i bought the Redmi duel driver one' and it's been 4 years. The only problem i had was the rubber joint at the 3.5mm connector point was tearing up.. still it was working..

I don't have a build quality issue that is perfect. I compared it with other brands like samsung, MI dual driver and apple, it is better in all aspects. JBL 310c looks delicate but its not
