Love all of these designs. They look so inviting and creative with great use of storage ideas. Too bad not practical for the older or infirmed single or couples. 😢
The tiny house market will continue to grow, no pun intended, because of the increased cost of materials and labor but the initial market demand will be for the older home owner wanting to downsize and simplify their lifestyle. Unfortunately 90% of the designs are for the under fifty age demographic that can easily negotiate steep narrower stairs and ladders and crawling around on their knees to make beds. Single level houses will have the best appeal. Unfortunately most of these lack curb appeal and look really utilitarian and unimaginative. Gate houses for estates and gated communities generally show attractive designs but most are never used for anything but window dressings for the subdivisions.
