Today I struggled with this issue for a few hours with no success changing settings.

How do I turn off the mobile not available popup? I know my mobile is not available. I barely get service in my house and I'm operating off of Wi-Fi. But that mobile not available notification keeps popping up over and over and over constantly. I want to just disable the popup notification

First step- "(Stop the video)"
Second step- "(Click to the settings: you see in the side of the screen)"
Third step- "(Go to playback speed)"
Fourth step- "( Click 0.75x)"
