Target Adjustment for Denver District Cooling Loop Buildings

This webinar is for Denver buildings 25,000 square feet and larger that are on Xcel Energy's District Cooling loop. The Energize Denver Building Performance team reviewed the creation of a one-time target adjustment to deal with Xcel Energy's billing in "source energy" vs. "site energy," which overinflates the building's Site EUI metric.
