For the record, this is a really nice kit for what it is. Down side is, if you're doing this during the summer like I just did, with sweat dripping into your glasses while you fail repeatedly to get those screw holes lined up..... it can take a fair bit of time and swearing [and losing screws down the shifter -- PS, the White Madness screws are magnet resistant ] before you get the thing on. Looks nice though... but I hope one screw is enough to hold the shifter together since three of them vanished into the center console, never to return...

The screws are actually made of steel so you can use magnet pickup tool to get them.
Any idea what size these screws are? Ive had mine installed for 2 years and the screws backed out.
