In terms of safe to play, versatile playstyle, and More Importantly an F2P option. NFV just lacks Damage reduction and recoil. He doesnt even need to be 8star. Still the 2nd best unit. He would have been first if Naruto TL didnt have DMG reduction,8star and Red Type shinobi
