Ruby actually is very good. i don't know why your firerate was so off. but the atk speed combined with the uzi's fast attack speed makes it a decent weapon to knock and kill someone

Sapphire good on: almost every high damage weapon
Golden good on: almost every smg, rifle machine gun and pistol except for mac 10 and ar 15

imo, Ruby is kinda decent. recommended on rifles, smg, and mg
Sapphire's damage buffs is so recommended on sniper and ar-15
Emerald is sooo recommended on pistols
last but not least, Golden is veryy recommended on shotguns

Golden skin is actually waaay better than sapphire because of the fire rate
Of Sapphire you have to aim at the head to say its deadly
But of golden you can aim at any body part and still call it "deadly"
