Complain loud & often, and do not feel bad about it even though you are a nice person. Remind them you have been waiting, remind them their customer service sucks, remind of the inconvenience! The sweater and top will look great with brown legging. I went through the same hassle with Ford motor company. It took a couple weeks to get the approval for a new engine, but I did. Don’t give up and call everyday. Good luck. RX

This happened with my Kia van a few years ago. Had it for a week before I could get a rental kept saying all loader vehicles were out so I said we'll you can get me a rental considering you have no idea when I will get it back. I had to say I wasn't leaving the dealership until I got one so I did in a chair and said I would sit there as long as it took. They finally agreed and I hit the rental. Took another two weeks. Numerous phone calls and emails to the company and better business bureau before I got it back. Theyveven during one phone call told me it was in the garage being worked on and I was in the parking lot sitting right beside it in my rental. I am not a nasty person but sometimes you have to be aggressive.
I bought a t shirt had the same result - it showed the soft version as that gray you showed - what I got felt scruffy inside very rough and spongy shiny outside - horrible - I made sure that was my review 😢 so sad it would have been a fun t shirt

My daughter had a problem with our dealership. She ended up calling the manufacturer and filed a complaint against the service manager.
