Use a aurdiuno and program such A way so that at 1/2 revolution motor will stop ten after 1/2 revolution it will start then the propeller may change the pitch at appropriate movement auto magically .. you should watch Tom Santon's video he had also made Heli like you without swash plate

Need 2 servo and hinge you need parts from helicopter or imitate the swachplate is the secrets for success

I know it already bro, but I try to invent something own or something belongs to me not imitate , so I do not want to use a swashplate or something known to others.
