It's a local view only. You can't get live from outside your building.
Any solution to view outside building like 3-4 kilometres away

When ever I am trying to search wifi [using np tech wifi adapter] in my DVR [cp plus Indigo] my mouse get stuck and after 1 min dvr reboot

This is a local monitoring view on your mobile phone...it's not an online view mode from internet. he's using a wifi router which having the same IP address. (local network)
CP PLUS DVR was connected on the same network together with his phone that's why he can able to view the camera... in this case no internet needed...

this will work like charm 1 thing he forgot to mention that after doing the setting on your mobile you have to connect to the same wifi of your router where you have configured! or else it will not work! as the data is not transfered to the INTERNET thus without connecting to the same wifi it will not work!

Maine ab mi ka new router purchase kiya connect bhi kiya pahale jaise settings thi dvr aur mobile me same hai but mai ye router me cctv dekh nahi sakta.. Please help me how to set this issue.... Check ur DVR is Online and do delete the mobile previous setting and set a new setting as per DVR IP address or instaon
