One Lady of age 110 years says her secret of longevity is 1 drink every night. And she started this practice from age 55 when her doctor adviced her. My Question is which level of brands of whisky would give this result (Naturally, Made from Molases is Harmful) Also avoid Soda, Colas in the Whisky. 1 Drink should take 45 to 60 minutes to be easy on Liver and Kidneys. A good whisky but the biggest disappointment is the cap, even after being an imported whisky you will have to use a knife to cut open the cap same like old monk & it starts leaking from below the cap after a pour. Rest the taste is awesome
