Only thing missing is a public transit line! That parking looked like a hassle. The cold storage building will have some great views, Coachman turned out really nice.

A parking garage should be built in that open lot by the train station....I always thought that "cold storage" would've been a great spot for a Meijer Essentials, like downtown.

Parking for MCS is at the Parking Hub on Bagley, was free for the tours. Coachman is for sale units, not rent. The cold storage building is definitely not being restored, simply cleaning it up a bit for a few years for DK to sell for a profit. I don't like the way he operates but he's "successful" doing it...
