I’m always curious what information is in these (local) videos and how accurate they are. First, Coors doesn’t sponsor activities in Golden. They are the “bad neighbor” everyone warns you about. They don’t care about their neighbors and are going out of their way to make the brewery uglier every year! They’re also redeveloping a large section of downtown without taking into consideration city zoning or neighborhood concerns regarding traffic, noise or aesthetics. Second, Golden’s in Golden is in January. Third, there is no “off leash” on either of the table mountains unless you want your dog bitten by a rattle snake or receive a ticket. Fourth, don’t put a cheap tube into Clear Creek unless you want to die!!! Clear Creek is not a lazy river water park it’s a river with rapids that people die in every summer! You’re correct about the real estate prices and our city council is working hard to make it less inclusive and expensive. Good luck with future videos.
