She being a chief justice doesn’t mean she knows the laws of the country or the constitution more than the speaker cos he’s also a seasoned lawyer……by their age and years of service she could have been the speaker’s student if not for anything…… if you know he knows better……. It’s at this last moments that’s the government is going to borrow huge to spend hence their reluctance to allow ndc take over as majority so they don’t oppose those loans period
