I hate it when having a gaming group is so fun but then everyone else gets fixated on one game and will never play anything else. I lost a lot of friends to counter strike that way. For the life of me I still don't understand why people got so fixated on that game.

@Nook, Is your problem with card the 'deck building', or the digital implementation of random cards?
I don’t mind the mechanic and deck builders can be pretty fun, I just see a ton of card games and too many of them are very similar.
