Mounting the Seat in a Racing Kart

The seat in any racing go kart is one of the most crucial components to install correctly. In this video, we're going step-by-step into how to mount the kart seat properly in our DR Mini 18 Chassis Build, using the factory fiberglass seat by DR Kart.

I have an Arrow chassis and it will be my first time mounting a seat, I have no clue about what to measure for the seat to fit me perfectly (ex: not being to close, too far, too leaned on my back, too square up … ) I have another CRG chassis in which the seat position was perfect for me, can I take the same measurements from the Kingpin of my CRG and apply it to my Arrow so I can have the same seat position?

HI Mathieu! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your inquiry. The answer is you can* apply those measurements from the CRG to the Arrow, but we would recommend against it. Instead, we urge you to reach out to Arrow Karts, or Google their seat position guide for your era of Arrow kart, and place the seat according to those measurements. Hi, is it possible to mount the seat forward a bit more? My current seat position is bit far back that I can't push my gas pedal all the way down when seated. The pedals are already adjusted to be as far front as possible.
