    Turkish cuisine is much broader than it seems. There are different flavors in each region. If you go to places that make homemade dishes such as stuffed meatballs, dry stuffed manti, and Ezo Gelin soup, you will experience these flavors.

    We have revani in western balkan but it is completely different. It is sweet aslama (yagmazlik) with syryp and no one in anadolu knows what aslama is. It is not meat.

    Yuliya, asıl pizza bu işte. yani pide, lahmacun değil. kaçapuri de aynıdır mesela. tek fark, biz uzunlamasına yaparken, pizzayı yuvarlak olarak yapıyorlar. sadece adı ve şekli değişik yani. aynı kültür. ayrıca, çok fazla malzemeyi tek bir hamurun üzerinde birleştirerek yapıyorlar pizzayı. biz tek bir hamurun üzerinde tek çeşit olacak şekilde yaparız genellikle. bu fark vardır. İtalyanlar da bize yakın yapıyorlar. ben İtalyanların ve Japonların ekmek yapma şekillerini izledim, hiç bir fark göremedim. sadece kullanılan makine ve malzeme farkı var
