Hello at 23:17 in the video you said "if you don't use the new rear housing" did you mean the PTO cover? The only reason I'm asking is because I want to put a 2022 crank in my 2015 seadoo spark because it has a stripped output shaft.
Will I be able to swap my original driveshaft out of my 2015 spark for a 2022 spark with the new PTO? Another guy online said "I don't think it will work, the 2022 pto cover won't be able to attach the original bellows due to shorter pto cover because of the missing water seals."@@EastCoastAntics1
Great info and walkthrough! Does the manual outline any priming procedure for the oil/coolant system? Ie. Do you need to crank the engine over without the fuel line connected and watch for oil at a certain port since it is a sumpless motor? Just wondering if it needs priming once the galleys are fully drained
Don't know what the manual specifically states for that, but for any freshly rebuild motor you should spin it over with the plugs out, throttle all the way in drown mode and build oil pressure. Cooling system you just watch the overflow and top off when the thermostat opens.
Thanks for posting this, great "to the point" tutorial!
Thank you. good job
Thanks for sharing, a lot of information. What is the dry weight of the engine please?
You're welcome. I have no idea off the top of my head. The manual may note that.

Yes PTO cover / rear driveshaft housing.

Bro, do you have this digital engine assembly manual for sale ? Rxp 215 2005
@@amigosdoabrao sorry I don't sell the service manuals. You can get it from seadoo or a vendor via a Google search.
@@EastCoastAntics1 thank you for the answer
Nice job. Where did you buy a paper repair manual ?
Any dealer can order it for you.
Thanks.
Do you know the firing order? 1,2,3 or 1,3,2?
what cylinder should be tds when doing timing?
Forget off the top of my head, but if you have the crank locking tool in the crank the correct piston will be at TDC.
Middle cylinder
