It's called don't eat until your full Like Jesus said because it can hurt your body and cause issues. Also it's call self control. Like the fruits of the spirit says self control. Jesus wants our souls to prosper and our health to be well. I wander why most of your sermons are mainly focused on you and not all JESUS ⁉️
