I been to some dark places mentally. Lots of trauma from family, work, and just life in general.
Mediation has really helped, finding the right medicine, herbs, alternative natural plants, but ashwaghanda root powder has been one of the most helpful with the depression, anxiety, duration of negative episode.
Its a process, and I still not where I like to be yet but I know someday I will get there. It possible for you to just keep working on it. Good luck and blessings on your journey.

Pile 3: I recently experienced what you would call an 'opposite' manifestation despite all the encouraging results I got in the past, so I think what you describe is an explanation of why it happened in my life.
#3. I had a private reading last year bcuz my husband left me after 27 years. I was devastated. He came back after several months. In time the cards came out to be true. Now fast forward 1 year later he’s back to being distant and disrespectful. I caught him in lies and I made up my mind and told him not to come back home. Work was also stressing me out and was about to quit until I heard a little voice telling me to not be so quick to give up and that everything was going to be alright. I chose groups 3 and 4 the reading for group 3 was spot on for me personally right now. Group 4 reading is about my grandchildren being with their abusive father. He lied about my daughters husband saying he sexually abused my grandson to gain custody of both their children. Now everything was finally taken to a higher judge and everything was found to be no substantial evidence that was true they are exsponging this of her husband's records as it was never factual. On May 29th 2024 we all go to court on this matter and I pray everyday that the truth will come out and the courts will see exactly why these children should be back with their mom and only supervised visit with child services. I feel when this is done it will finally heal my inner child and I will fully receive my spiritual gifts back

The boyfriend betrayed- The universe gifted you the opportunity to see it & the gift to see yourself.. I have spent a wee while single now and it have me the opportunity to explore my inner world to a degree of being able to manifest instantly anything i desire.
listen to this example, i suddenly had the desire to go to Egypt, to see the Pyramids, I'm currently unemployed so how would this happen? I drew a circle around me on the floor outside and sat in silence hands together 🙏 I said to myself - I sit in silence (no thoughts) it take a hot minute to get this silence but please keep trying. Anyway, i did it & then i pictured the Pyramids - that same day, about 5pm i did my Tarot reading it's another reader, The 1st card she pulled out was a man in the desert with a shepards stick & Pyramids in the background on the card it said "Universally guided - Desert passage" - I nearly died! listen this gets weirder the reading went on & it didnt stand out as much as that single card did, what happened nnext flabbergasted me, i finished the reading & went to show my aunty on messenger a screenshot of the tarot card & tell her what happened, which i did.. 5mins after the conversation i said bye & went to play the word finder game on messenger- its a few messed up letters that is an angram - The word that it was blew me away "Pharaoh" - I freaked out, i couldn't believe it, i took a screenshot & msg'd my aunty back right way! To be honest it freaked me out & i said to her whats happening? i was astonished but a little scared. How can this happen?. 2 days later i took the plunge & booked a trip to Cairo, somehow the flights were cheap? & my accommodation was cheap? infact the 1st accommodation i couldnt find, the taxi driver wz trying to scam me saying he didnt know where it was & stay in this other hotel which was out my budget. i told him to just leave me ill find it. It was 4am in Cairo i thought how could the universe do this to me? but i kept the faith & remembered i was universally guided i looked up and i was literally feet away from the Pyramids. I couldn't believe my eyes it was crazy, all of a sudden i then saw another hotelwhich wasnt mine, i went inside & it was cheap enough to book & it was bang in front of the Pyramids. You couldnt get closer if you pitched a tent. it was in my budget & after emailing my original hotel, the man was angry & rude thinking id done it on purpose. I had a magnificent holiday. I came home & although i had very little money to survive on i managed fine eating basic.
Since, then I've done it again and I'm off to Marrakesh in 8days - cheap flight & i didnt book accommodation im trusting the universe, i still havent a job but somehow manage?
I told you all this to make sure you manifest, but also to believe in the universe & your true plan.. we are all born with a true pathway, he your rat of an ex wasnt it - You needed to see yourself & the lessons of it never happening to you again. You'll sit and analyse everything that you ignored about him, all the wee clues that your instincts gave you that you brushed off. You'll expand your energy & improve everything about yourself. You've seen it a million times, boy cheats.. girl suddenly becomes so much better usually looses weight, changes appearance, goes on holiday.. That's her expanding her energy! Pick yourself up & go outside, draw a circle round you with these words (i draw a circle of power, healing & manifestation) now sit bum on floor and be quiet - allow time to pass & see what you are shown - if nothing comes do it daily until you are shown something- if you have no money sell things! and whatever money you have even if its under 100 go on skyscanner and book a flight, i dont know where you live but a flight anywhere thats cheap! come back & keep up the practice of the circle - i promise you it'll work out to be the best thing you have ever done for yourself ✨️

Such a powerful reading, so on point and spot on. Thank you, Christina for sharing your gifts! Lately, I’ve bern doing EMDR with my therapist for extreme traumas from childhood and for the first time, I was able to connect with my teen self. It was as if she was gatekeeping those painful memories and lacked complete trust, even fir my present self, to understand how horribly painful those years were. I had never been able to fully recall those memories and would dissociate when I tried. But after listening to her feelings, I was finally able to fully see those memories. They were indeed beyond words how adults could do stuff like that to a child, but I have more understanding now, why my life is so disconnected from all human beings.
Being alone was safer than being with family. And slowly, my teen self will heal and I’ll be able to pick up the shattered pieces of all the dreams my child self, and run with them.

I Am Protected and Working on this 65yrs. 2017 was the beginning of the roller coaster. So many lies, physical pain. Then I will literally be an infant again to be healed.
